These days we are following the best performances of our athletes in Beijing, who delight us every day with new and new successes. You have probably already tried some of their silk dishes, which are usually served with a portion of rice. Asia is also known for its noodles and this time we will prepare one of the recipes for them. We will treat to a Chinese dish called chow mein, which in some provinces is also known as lo mein. It is a mixture of vegetables and chicken, baked together with excellent noodles and seasoned with soy sauce and oysters. Their fusion brings to mind this typical Asian umami. Corn starch will take care of the silky structure.
The recipe for this great and simple dish can be found below, but there really will be no doubt, for a better show we are adding a video of a Chinese chef. Run well or hǎo wèikǒu, as you wish in China!

3. Noodles: heat the pan, look at the wok and pour a few drops of oil into it. Add the chicken and fry on both sides. Add the minced garlic and when it has flavor, add the cooked noodles. Bake for one to two minutes, then stir in the vegetable mixture. Add the sauce.
