Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet or chicken steak

Preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small pieces. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise to get the steak. Two steaks were cut from one portion. Coat with turmeric and oil, salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan, place the steaks in the hot oil and fry them on one side, turn them over, add the carrots, garlic, onion, tomatoes, rosemary and thyme. Bake until the steaks are well cooked on both sides, the vegetables are toasted and still compact (al dente). We serve.
