This time, according to our recipe, we will travel again to our neighbors in nearby Italy. We will cook (or rather bake) one of the meat classics at least known and renowned in Italy.
It is a chicken that is baked and baked in the oven. Some stories about this dish say that housewives prepared this dish while their hunter men hunted their prey in the woods. Other stories say that the dish was not made from chicken, but from rabbit or feathers, which hunters must first halve to make this dish possible.
We will be content with the chicken in the lead role. In this dish it is accompanied by vegetables, tomatoes, mushrooms, wine and lots of herbs. Again, the imagination is nicely invited when choosing ingredients.

2 dl red wine
Cube soup (optional)
150 gr mushrooms (canned)
Some slices of bacon
1 mozzarella cheese
1 peeled tomato
700 ml tomato puree
300 to 400 g of fine pasta
Rosemary, thyme
A pinch of red pepper
Salt, pepper
Preparing the chicken in a hunting way:
Wash the chicken, dry it and add salt. Paint one side of the chicken. In a hot pan fry it quickly to make the skin red. Remove the chicken from the pan. Fry the minced leeks, onions, carrots, peppers, bacon, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms on top. Bake it all together to soften the vegetables, then add the wine, tomato puree and a little water (you can also make a soup cube). Add the herbs and arrange to taste. Pour the sauce into a baking dish and place the roasted chicken pieces in it. Sprinkle with mozzarella and add small pasta to the sauce. Bake everything for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, so that everything soaks well and softens.
