An innovative yogurt breakfast that flooded the tick

A new recipe always comes in handy, especially when it comes to the idea of how to prepare an innovative breakfast. We usually aim for yogurt, bread and eggs, but today we suggest you a dish that is a great combination of all three. It will satisfy those who want to start the day with sweet flavors, but you will not have to have a bad conscience, as we will use honey or maple syrup for sweetening.

Our recipe today is probably more similar to the slices in terms of ingredients, but this time we will not soak the bread in the egg mixture. Instead we will mix the eggs with the yoghurt, add a little honey and cinnamon and mix them all well. Then we will load the mixture into bread slices, enrich it all with our favorite fruits and bake it in the oven. You who have an air fryer at home, you can also prepare a dish in it, thus saving yourself another valuable minute in the morning.

I’m looking at these Greek yogurt + toast + cranberry toasts and I like – this is much more inspired by the Taiwanese cream toast

The recipe is very simple, and we adjust the quantities with the number of eaters that will join us for breakfast. For three slices of bread we will need an egg and a ration of yogurt. This will be enough for an adult or two children. You are completely free to choose fruits. Since the taste of the spread is quite neutral, it will go well with berries, apples, dates and bananas. You can also sprinkle chocolate pieces on top, especially the sweet teeth.

Bake the slices of tiktok yogurt in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, until the egg becomes crispy and the bread takes on a golden brown color and becomes completely crispy. The fruits on top will be caramelized and to finish them all, you can add a little more honey or maple syrup.

For me, the kitchen is a place where I can completely relax and detach myself from the world while cooking, and at the same time a great backdrop for relaxed companionship.
